About This Role
The Sound Ministry Leader is responsible for establishing, recruiting, developing, and maintaining a strong team that is designed for facilitating the audio for services, events and recordings.
Ministry Leader Culture-Driven Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage and motivate a strong and effective ministry team.
- Responsible for recruiting new team members for the growth of the ministry.
- Provides monthly quality check on performance goals, struggles, and areas of improvement.
- Facilitate ministry team meetings on a consistent basis
- Coach team members into vision-building, effective ministry habits and biblical principles of ministry for spiritual growth.
- Foster an environment for innovation and creativity to create strategies for vision alignment and progression of the ministry.
Ministry Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee all technical aspects of The Freedom Church including: audio, recording services, uploading sermons to podcast channel and stage lighting.
- Confirms audio levels and mix are of high quality for worship services.
- Responsible for operating and maintaining Sunday Worship Service presentation software.
- Recruit, train, equip, empower, mentor and schedule a ministry team of audio techs that can proficiently provide coverage for` weekend and special services
- Maintain inventory and maintenance of sound equipment.
